Thermage™ CPT Singapore
Non-Surgical Facelift Procedure
Fight the signs of aging with Thermage without needles, surgery or downtime.
Thermage CPT Non-Surgical Facelift is a non-invasive and FDA-approved aesthetic treatment that uses controlled radiofrequency to improve the effects of skin damage and skin ageing.
It stimulates the skin’s natural process and ability to renew collagen production, which helps tighten, smoothen and rejuvenate the skin.
Thermage CPT is a skin tightening treatment that makes it possible to restore the skin’s firmness and smoothness without the need for surgery or injections and requires minimal to no downtime.
A lot of individuals desire a youthful and healthy-looking skin that they are willing to drop the cash to achieve it. However, our skin’s ability to produce collagen, the protein that is responsible for giving its strength and tightness, diminishes as we naturally age making it more challenging.
Thermage CPT is a suitable treatment of choice for those who want to achieve a subtle and natural-looking result without the “over-done look”. Also, it is a cheaper alternative to an invasive and expensive surgical facelift. It is also the perfect solution for those who have wanted to win the battle against aging in which anti-aging creams are not able to provide the intended results and cosmetic surgery is out of the question.
Thermage CPT is a device that delivers and targets the radiofrequency energy to the deeper layers of the skin, which excites and activates the production of new collagen. It is a safe alternative for anyone who has mild to moderate laxity to the skin and works well on all skin types and colours.
An advantage with Thermage CPT is the device’s versatility. It can be used to target skin ageing on the face and on different parts of the body, as well.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
Find the answers you are looking for! Read our FAQ’s on Thermage Skin Tightening Treatment.
1. How does Thermage work?
Thermage CPT uses a handheld device that delivers radiofrequency and safely heats the collagen fibres deep within the inner layers of the skin, which over time, remodels new collagen to tighten and contour the skin. The outer layer of the skin is protected with a cooling spray before and after each pulse, to reduce the slight heating sensation and making the entire procedure comfortable and pain-free.
A topical anaesthetic cream will be applied prior to the procedure to lessen the heating sensation you will experience during the procedure. Also, your doctor will constantly monitor the heat that is being delivered to ensure that you do not take too much heat during the treatment.
2. How is Thermage different from other skin tightening treatments?
There are quite a number of other non-invasive treatments, like laser and ultrasound technology, that provide skin-tightening benefits. However, no other treatment targets the deeper layers of the skin like Thermage does. It heats the innermost layers of the skin, making a highly effective treatment in stimulating the collagen regrowth, which is responsible for giving a smoother and radiant-looking skin.
3. Does the treatment hurt?
Some patients may experience a slight discomfort. But, the latest generation of Thermage uses the Comfort Pulse Technology or CPT, which breaks down the radio frequency into several pulses. So, pain and discomfort are significantly diminished compared to what one can experience with previous Thermage devices.
4. Do I have to worry about recovery and downtime?
Since the treatment is non-ablative and the action happens under the skin, the outer surface is untouched and undamaged. This allows patients to return to their daily routines. Slight swelling, redness or bruising may be experienced within the treated area, however, these side effects happen in rare cases.
5. How long does the Thermage treatment take?
A Thermage CPT treatment takes around 45 to 90 minutes to finish, making it a suitable skin tightening treatment for individuals who are constantly on the go.
6. How many treatments are needed?
It takes one treatment to accomplish astonishing and natural-looking results.
7. How soon will I see the results?
While individual responses to the treatment may vary, improvement is progressive in a span of 1 to 6 months. (Dover et. al, 2007).
