Discover CoolSculpting technology by ZELTIQ to reduce unwanted fat without a surgical procedure in areas like the hips, thighs, arms, and love handles.
Excess body fats that result in unattractive love handles or muffin tops are cosmetic concerns that many struggle with. However, in most cases we also find ourselves frustrated at how these problem areas still doesn’t seem to budge despite your strict diet and regular exercise.
Excess fats can limit wardrobe choices, activity and even your level of comfort. That is why some people will go to great lengths by getting surgery just to get rid of it. Fortunately, modern technology allows us to forgo surgical treatment like liposuction with the introduction of non-invasive options.
CoolSculpting technology uses a patented cooling process called Cryolipolysis to target and eliminate fat cells. This non-invasive procedure is effective in selectively targeting fat cells without damage to other cells and tissue. Other treatments that have preceeded coolsculpting include the use of laser, sonic waves or ultrasound.
Unfortunately, the problem with most of the treatments today is that it can burn, harm, shatter or extract non-fat cells. These procedures may also take more time to heal, which is something that most patients don’t need.
Developed in 2005 and backed by strong clinical research, CoolSculpting is based on Cryolipolysis- the use of precisely controlled cooling to remove fat. Coolsculpting combines efficacy, convenience and safety. It is an FDA-approved non-invasive body contouring procedure that leaves the patients with no scarring, less bruising and swelling, and no downtime.
It takes approximately 2-4 months before the results gradually become evident. More treatment sessions will help you get rid of the critical inches that you have been struggling with for the past few months or years.
One advantage about Coolsculpting is it doesn’t have any downtime. This is perfect for those who have very little time to spare because it can be done and over with even during your lunch period. It also allows you to return to your usual activities afterwards.
The cost for the CoolSculpting body contouring treatment depends on the areas being treated.
$600 per area
$3000 for 6 areas
$6000 for 13 areas (T&C apply valid 1 year)
Coolsculpting cost varies based on the treatment area and size. It will be discussed during an in-person consultation. Fat Freezing treatment pricing is offered per area because these will require different handpieces.
You can use CoolSculpting by Zeltiq with your healthy diet and regular exercise to achieve optimum results. With that kind of combination, you will be able to get a toned physique. At Aesthetics and Laser Clinic, Fat Freezing Treatments are carried out by qualified and licensed aesthetic doctor, Dr Tyng Tan, with experience in this field and have successfully assisted patients in refining body contours.

1. How is the procedure done?
This procedure uses a specially designed cooling applicator which is the part that will be applied to the target area. The applicators deliver a controlled cooling temperature that specifically targets fat cells.
This cooling process stimulates a natural process that reduces the layer of fat by up to 25%. CoolSculpting machine by Zeltiq has a monitoring system (Krueger et. al, 2014). It will continuously assess the patient and it also sends feedback to the doctor and reveal how things are going during the treatment. It will also notify if the treatment process is complete.
