Dr Tyng Tan is a medical doctor practising in Singapore, with a clinical focus in medical aesthetics and hair restoration. Her work involves the assessment and management of hair loss conditions, as well as the delivery of both surgical and non-surgical hair restoration treatments.
Today, Dr Tan is one of a few doctors approved by the Singapore Medical Council to carry out hair transplantation with specialisation in both FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) techniques. She offers three approaches from her training: the fully shaved, partially shaved and non-shaved hair transplant techniques.
In her effort to refine her skills and keep abreast of current technology, Dr Tan regularly attends scientific meetings dedicated to hair restoration surgery.

On returning to Singapore, Dr Tan initially trained in Anaesthesiology, before transitioning into medical aesthetics and hair restoration surgery and undertaking extensive training with other physicians in these areas.

Dr Tan holds a Diploma in Dermatology from Cardiff University (UK) and is certified by the Aesthetics Practice Oversight Committee (APOC) to administer:
